Hello,

When I try to Install MAX 9 Sp1, it installs right up too the Pervasive Engin and then it HANGS with the Screen " Installing Pervasive engin...please wait". I've Remove MAX and Pervasive from Control Panel and for REGISTRY and Folders from system folders. Followed Removeal Instru from Max Site. Rebooted system and still same error... Worked before on this system but was removed...

Any idea???

thanks

Try running the Pervasive installer separately before installing Max9.

D:\Max\3RDPARTY\Pervasive\wge\setup.exe

.
