We are running Max 10 on a terminal server.
SR1, hf1.
I would like to use the Maximizer/Outlook sync, but the icon and the menu option are both disabled.

We are not running MaxExch.

outlook sync is configured correctly in the preferences tab.

The access permission to sync with external clients is ticked.

Any ideas would be greatfully received
