Simple question. My Max 10 Entrepeneur alerts me there is a Live Update (which rarely occurs so represents some excitement). I download and attempt to install but get the error "The setup requires Maximizer CRM 10 (10.0.1943.588) to be installed."

So this suggests my version is not the right version. I have series 1804, and the update appears to be for series 1910.

So my questions are why do I get a Live Update available message when it appears to be not compatible with my version, and secondly why is there not a Live Update for my series, particularly when I do experience the problems that the update fixes??
