I am trying to move from ME 9 to Enterprise 10.

The upgrade is looking for a .bak file or a file located on my enterprise cd to convert from Pervasive to SQL lite.

Can anyone tell me how to create a .bak file or where to find this filed needed to convert my data?

A .bak file is a Pervasive Backup File, they are created by backing up your Maximzier database in the pervasive version of Maximzier.
