i cannot back up. the backup always hangs at the same point (documents and templates 52). if i knew how to access that document i would try to delete it. is there any way of fixing this file.

Maybe try logging into Administrator and try:
File > Address Book Verification > Verify and Recover The software might be able to fix the fault for you. Cheers. |

Probably, although you would likely lose the document in question but you have already indicated that you could live with that. However, a description of the process is beyond the scope of this forum. Ask your Maximizer Business Partner for assistance. . |
