The MaxDoc Merge Fields (for example {Company?}) IN THE HEADER are not 'Merged' when I use my Template.
In the body there is no problem.

Yes your right, However... guess what? probably while you were writing your question I was actually writing the fix for this!

We will very shortly release a free minor version update from our web site which fixes this. Max doc will also merge text in text boxes (which has also been requested by several users).
