I can't open maximizer 7 Word Processor - either from the tool bar or from individual record
Every time I try to open the word processor I get this error message:

Maximizer support file has encountered a problem and needs to close.

The error signature is:
AppName: maxword.ter AppVer: 7.0.1250.29 ModName: mfc42.dll
ModVer: 6.0.8665.0 Offset: 0000f9eb

Does anybody have a suggestion how to fix this?

I sounds like the file is corrupt. Try re-installing.
