3 computers XP pro

We have this on 3 computers the 2 computers that access address book over network no problem
The computer that stores all files , it wont open address book if its already open on other computers
If they close address book on netwok computers then it will open on local
When I try to open nothing happens
If I make a copy of address book files and paste it to another location
I can open from there even if 2 other network computers have it open

How many licenses are you registered for?

Have you tried loggin into the server with the Master account while the other computers are still logged in?

we have 3 licenses.

we tried logging in to the master account while the other computers are logged in and got this message:
[Maximizer][ODBC Driver][Btrieve Database]Btrieve Err 11: Invalid filename.
