I am wondering if anyone knows how to delete list entries on the Category List (for categorizing companies) in Maximizer Enterprise 8?

For each company we assign one or more categories which are used for various purposes. Over the years, we have accumulated a number of useless categories on the list. But we can't seem to delete the entries. Does anyone know how to delete unwanted entries on the list?

In Enterprise 9.5, it's in Administrator under file/preferences/address book.

You can only delete values that you have added. The system default values can be changed, but not deleted.

PS: This kind of question should probably go in the "Product Features" section, but it could go either way.
