While I am trying to print the report 'Name/address/telephone' along with the contacts---the address is apprearing with each contact. How can we avoid this.

I think it's called "Name/ADDRESS/Telephone" report because it includes an address.

Think of it like a "Bacon, Lettuce, and Tomato" sandwich: they're really not kidding about the "bacon," so order something else if you're keeping kosher.

Can you be a little more specific about what you want to do and what's the problem? Do you want only company and not contact addresses, or is this a horizontal/vertical issue or what?

What I am looking for in this report is :
Address should be printed only first (only one time) --- followed by list of contacts with designation. In earlier maximizer version this report used to be like this only.

But in Maximizer ver 9.0, it is printed in the following manner:
First addres is printed--then each contact name is printd along with full address again.

For eg.

M/s XYS LTD
Address Line1
Address Line 2
City, State

Mr. ABC
Purchase Manager
M/s XYS LTD
Address Line1
Address Line 2
City, State

Mr. PAB
GM Technical
M/s XYS LTD
Address Line1
Address Line 2
City, State

Thus, if one company is having 10 contacts--then the address is printed 11 times. Which I find very inconenient.

I see that you want to print the address once for each company and then list the contacts but not reprint the address for each contact unless it differs from the main address.

It's a good question and I couldn't find any settings that would affect this....Anyone?

These reports are built into the system and there is no option for modifying them I'm afraid. As far as I am aware what you want to do cannot be achieved with the standard report.

It may be possible to have a custom crystal report designed that would be able to do what you want.
