For inexplicable reasons, Outlook 2003 now runs folder synchronizing. This takes about 2+ hours daily (a new wrinkle as during my work day).

Maximizer's email functions are shutdown until the synchronizing is complete.

Is there a way to prevent Outlook 2003 from starting the folder synchronizing?
