I understand we can use custom views in maximizer to store non-maximizer data. Can some one answer following questions about custom views?

1. How many custom views are available?
2. How can I view data from custom views in maximizer?
3. Can I do search on custom views?

As many as you care to create, at least in theory. (Practical considerations like performance, screen real-estate, etc. may limit the actual number of views in use at any one time.)

>2. How can I view data from custom views in maximizer?

Normally you create what is called a "Business Partner View" (sometimes called a "BP Window") which adds a window/tab to the standard Maximizer interface. See the Customization Suite documentation and samples for details.

>3. Can I do search on custom views?

You can incorporate search logic into your custom code, yes.
