Hi All
We currently use Max SQL v9.5 (latest service packs etc) and use Outlook 2000, 2003, 2007, which is all fine and read the emails in maximiser fine. When we go to save the email into address book for the contact (document) the outlook 2000 does this in 2sec even on slow machines. The outlook 2003/2007 on new and fast PCs take 15sec to 1min to save the email into the address book, contact document. Even when the email is nothing but simple text. Has anyone experiance this before? any idea on how to solve this issue? Thanks Simon |

Simon, the slow-as-molasses speed may be an Outlook issue, not Maximizer or SQL problem.
When my computer (more specifically Outlook) runs slow, it's often that the files need to be 1. archived 2. compacted Outlook "help" will show you how to perform each of those tasks. You should see significant improvement. |

Hi
It not an outlook issue. Outlook 2000 had mapi32.dll and maximiser save email in 2sec, where as outlook 2003,2007,2010 don't use mapi32.dll and can take from 15sec to 45sec to save emails. Is there a resolution to this problem? |
