Everytime I run max exchange on a particular client computerI get the following message
"MaxExchange was closed unexpectedly while it was processing transactions. Please press 'Yes' if you want MaxExchange to to start a recovery sequence next time it will process, or 'No' if you chose to disregard the possible errors that may have occured. Would you like MaxExchange to start a recovery sequence next time it will process?" Weather I click 'Yes' or 'No' MaxExchange crashes and I get the option to send the error to Microsoft. The Data in the Crash Report is as follows Error Signature AppName: spdm.exe AppVer: 9.0.1544.522 ModName: ntdll.dll ModVer: 5.1.2600.2180 Offset: 0002e12a I have installed the latest hotfix. Any help would be apprecieted Thanks Carl Edit: Ok I now when I get the above message and I select either yes or no I get the following error MaxEchange Remote Spdm.exe - Application Error The instruction at "0x7c92e12a" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read". Click OK to terminate the program Click CANCEL to debug the program Thanks again Carl |

Hi,
I encountered the quite same issue (I didn't receive the Microsoft's error message). The best that you can do is to erease and reinstall Maxexchangve on the remote. ,that is what I done and It was working better and fne after that. Regards, |
