I'm running Maximizer version 8.0 on Windows 2000 professional. At my office, the Maximizer databases I use are located on a central to which 4 other computers are networked.
When I selected "open address book" from the file menu, I accidentally selected an address book name and clicked "remove." How do I put the address book name back in the list? I hit the "explore" button and found the folder for the address book, but I don't know which file I'm supposed to open. Also, how do I rename an address book? Thanks in advance for your help. |

>How do I put the address book name back in the list?
Choose File > New Address Book.... Type in the name, then use the ellipsis [...] button to browse for the folder. >how do I rename an address book? If you just want to change its name, open it up and do File > Preferences > Other Options.... If you want to move it to a different folder, look at the help topic entitled "Moving an Address Book". |
