Hi,

You cannot successfully open Maximizer files in anything other than Maximizer to the best of my knowledge. However at Cabc we have a suite of in house developed data extraction tools for Maximizer.

The answer to this question really depends on what you want to get out of Maximizer and where you want to put it

Getting the basic names and addresses out of the software is pretty straight forward, if you also want the notes attached to the clients this is slighly more difficult. The documents that are embedded are not impossible to recover however they are more difficult than the notes to remove.
