Its just so annoying. I have other machines that work and my own does not!

They are all set uop the same as far as i know. We use Outlook 2000 and most machines work fine for email with this and with maximiser - even with both progs open.

One machine refuses to play! If maximiser is open emails are visable but the system wont send - something about no transport provider being available and the email addresss could not be found. Outlook works fine on its own. If I open maxi without first opening Outlook then no emails are visable, no email folders either. Why should one machine be so different????

Read more carefully:

"Before sending the message, RIGHT-CLICK ON RECIPIENT and choose Properties." [emphasis added]

I am also getting this problem.

However, I have installed SP2 and I have disabled the 'Compose messages ...' option as described in Multiactive Ref. 010604-0000

I notice that if I send an e-mail ONLY to people in Maximizer, all is OK.

But - if I choose a Maximizer entry from the address book and also add a cc from an Outlook address book, the cc gets it OK, but the Maximizer entries still get the 'No transport ...' message.

If I examine the message in my out basket, the Outlook address is resolved correctly, but the Maximizer addressees have the 'display name' in each field of the properties, including where SMTP should be.

Is it possible that SP2 has not installed correctly - although I did not get any error messages?

I am running Outlook2000 on a Win98 system and according to 'About Maximizer' I have Series 601129O32001.
