Ok,
I set up a remote site, and everything went fine execpt for the UDFs didn't transfer. I looked to make sure that they were selected to be transfered and they were. Then I tried to do a File-transfer-udf's to the remote via email. That got the udfs there but they were all blank. So I thought that Syncing up would fill in the information. However, it insted added duplicates udf to my local data base. Now to make matters worse If I delete any of the duplicates, It saves only the udf without information in it. I could really use some advice. Needless to say I'm pretty new to this. I'm sitting on hold with tech support right now but....

I tried using the Pervasive Control Center to Edit the table that the UDF's are stored in. I couldn't open the one that I think it is: AMGR_User_FieldsTbl. I got a ODBC error: invalid date, time or timestamp.

Have you got Process refreshes only turned on? When you do only refreshes get processed at the server. Clients comming from the remote will get added to the Address book but the UDF's will be blank. Also try the diagnostic tool to search for specific records that you know aren't working, the diagnostic tool checks the Distribution table and let you know what remote site that client is flagged with. If it is incorrect or inconsistent run the address book maintenance.

Well. I got the udfs here cleaned up. I had to delete all of them and re-create them in the exact way they existed before. After I restored them from back-up all of the data was in the right places, Except for one udf where all of the values in a Table seem to be shifted Down one selection... ??? any ideas?

Now I have no Distribution groups, I'm looking at them in the UDFs and they aren't showing up in the Site manager. So frustrated.
