I am having problems with the campaign manager sending out emails. I create and send to a list of about 500 and everything goes along normally, but at the end of the day, just does not send the emails. When I go into the campaign, it tells me that the campaign is complete, but yet there are 0 email sent, 0 errors etc.
I have upgraded from 7.5 pervasive where I found the campaign manager to be a lot more user friendly. For instance, after a campaign has been sent you could click the subscriber tab and it would give you the contact, the email address and would let you know item by item if it was successfull or failed, and from there you could delete the successfull ones and resend the failed ones over and over till every one was successful. There is no colum in 8 that tells you failed or complete. Other than the log notes, I cant figure out which emails where succesfull. From the log notes it would then be a manual process, which is not what I signed up for in this program.
Zero emails sent means the emails are either not being looked at by the Maximizer Email Service or the mail server is rejecting them when you attempt to relay the messages. Check your email service account and be sure the user used to run that account has enough network privledges to relay the messages.

I have had the same problem using a MS Exchange server and Campaign Manager, on contacting Maximizer they you download a 3rd party smtp software called Argosoft, search the Maximizer knowledgebase for Argosoft.
