Greetings,

I'm currently setting up Maximizer Enterprise 9. I imported all of my contacts from Outlook. I need to convert my individual contacts into company contacts which was very simple for the first individual associated with that company - just used the convert individuals to company command.

I want the rest of the individuals associated with those companies to be company contacts as well. How do I do this? Thanks.

Take care,
Rik

Knew you could convert Contacts to Individuals and Individuals to Companies - and it's pretty logical why you could. But have never known you could convert multiple Individuals to Contacts for a single Company. WIll be very interested in how to do this.

Changing Several Address Book Entries with Global Edit

Greetings Feejo,

Thanks for the info. The Global edit is a very powerful tool. Unfortunately it doesn't offer converting individual contacts to company contacts.

Take care,
Rik

I would suggest you consider re-importing your Outlook records in two steps to achieve the results it appears your after. That is, first import the companies then the contacts. That way Maximizer will know where to place the contacts. That's assuming you have the company name associated with the contact in Outlook.

Maximizer's KB has a couple of articles for doing such an import. Try there.
