Ray,

This error is telling you there is a problem with the MAPI components. I would suggest that your first port of call is to repiar or reinstall the MAPI.

Search your computer for a file called FIXMAPI.EXE and run it, this will try and repair the MAPI, after running it reboot the computer and try again.

If that doesn't work try this:

1 Close Outlook.
2 Rename each occurrence of MAPI32.DLL on your system to MAPI32.OLD. The easiest way to find it is to search for it with Windows Find.
3 Reinstall Microsoft Outlook using the repair and replace missing or corrupt files option. This will install the correct MAPI32.DLL.
4 Restart your computer.

Thanks to CABC support.

After looking at the Outlook 2003 error messages, I determined the error is prompted by Microsoft data manager. I removed data manager.
Outlook 2003 and Maximizer work fine.
