When using Outlook for outbound calls, TAPI configuration is used with a '9' set as a prefix for an outside line – all works OK. When Maximizer is set to use TAPI (same configuration) Maximizer never uses TAPI config and ‘9’ prefix is not set and call fails.

Does anyone use Maximizer 7, with TAPI, and a prefix and have it working?
