The Fax template has been deleted from the template list and now we need to fax merge we can't. I have looked for the template in our back-up tapes but it must have been done a long time ago. Any ideas how I can restore the template?

Why don't you just re-create your template in Maximizer Editor. Then save it as a template with the name "* Fax Form" smileThis should save it as your default template.
