Maximizer is locking the file that outlook shares between Maximizer. this error can be recreated on any Maximizer Ent 8.0

Does anyone now how to resolve the following problem

1) I open Outlook 2003
2) I open Maximiser
3) Using maximiser, I click on “Address Book”
4) Select a contact
5) Using Maximiser, I click on “Email”
6) I select an email that has been received
7) I right-click and select “Save to xyx” (xyz being the contact selected in option 4
8) This then copies the email to the sleceted contact
9) I will now close maximiser and return to outlook 2003
10) When I now click on “Calender” “Contacts” or “mail” in outlook, I get the error as shown in the screenshot
