I was virus-crashed, got access to c: drive, and simply copied one of my databases to a floppy, without using the BACKUP utility or noting my user defined fields. Now I have a big file of comma-delineated data which I can't export/copy to Maximizer (3) on the new, clean system. I can read the data using dos editor, but that's all for the moment. I don't want to have to copy 400 client records from a printout. Is there any way to get around my &$%^@+( error?? Thanks for any suggestions.

In Maximizer create a new addressbook copy the files from your floppy to the new addressbook folder using windows explorer. Open Maximizer and open the new addressbook folder that's it
