I have a client who has a single copy of Maximizer PE 9 & it is installed on 2 PCs with the database sitting on a server. The only user often helps out on the reception so she closes Max on her PC then goes to the Reception & opens it there. There had been no issues until they recently got a new server. Now when she goes to reception it does not open straight away. She has to wait a while before she can do so. Have checked the server management tool on the server & it appears that the server is holding the Maximizer files open for several minutes after she has closed Maximizer on her PC. Any suggestions?
