The company that I work for is using Maximizer 5.0 which each user has the software on their computers. The server does not. It just keeps user files on the network. We are all unable to open the address book which is stored on the network. What solutions are there to get the address book open again?
I would appreciate an answer as soon as possible. Mahalo -Kimmy |

Hi,
Can you answer a few questions for me... 1) Does Maximizer start up - or is there an error message if so what is the text of the message? 2) If Maximizer is starting, am I right in thinking you do not see your database in the File/Open Addressbook list?. If its not there, try File /New addressbook to the correct path to reconnect to it. If neither of the above, please can you give me more details about what happens when you try to get in?
