I have been trying to synch my Maximizer address book with my Outlook 2003 contact book without success. I have followed all the instruction but still cannot seem to get the two programs to update. I am running Max 8. Should I be seeing a populated contacts list once the synch is done or what? I need HELP!!!!!

It is very picky, the mistake we made was to call the Outlook contact folder Maximiser not Maximizer! Also make sure in outlook you specifhy the folder as being contacts not emails etc.

Also I dont think the sycronisation goes both ways so occasionally now I delete all the entries in my Max contact list in Outlook to force an exact replica from max.

Maximizer will not sync with your default Outlook contacts folder. You need to create a separate contacts folder called Maximizer (see Andrswal's note).
