Hi Everyone,

I am having trouble now with writing a fax cover page:
When I open "Write"-->"Fax", the fax cover page opens up in the Maximizer editor. The person to whom I want to fax is properly addressed. My particulars (name, company, numbers, etc.) do not show up at all. I can type them in, but should it automatically fill in my information like it does for the addressee?

Hi Greg,

If you require that the info be updated based on the current user just make sure when your editing the fax template within Maximizer's Word Processor that you select the radio button User Information after choosing to insert a merge field. This is at least applicable to Max 7.0 - doubt if 8.0 is any different.
