I have one remote user whos notes are not exchanging to the main database. I recently installed the service pack provided by multiactive. since then he has entered 200+ notes and none have exchanged.

Hi Dave,
I have come across reported problems with notes many times, and ninety percent of the time it is caused by the combinations of the Show all, and Show history options being ticked in the notes window in different combinations on different machines. Set the filter option to All, set Show all and set Show history and check to see if the problem is still apparent. If it is then we can have a look at the Maxexchange system. Thanks for the rapid response. The show all and show history boxes were checked. When a search for notes for that salesman is preformed no notes after the service pack are found, however, previous note are. Prior to the SP we were having problems with UDF not exchanging out to this sight. We are running Enterprise 2000 with MaxExchange 5.5, I have 10 total distribution sights, all running FTP transport. I installed the SP on one other sight and have had no problems. Is there any way that I can send a refresh and merge the notes afterward?
