We are using Max 9 Enterpreneur on Windows XP. All service patches applied.
Something went wrong when I tried to create a new address book using the Max Admin. Now when I try to launch Maximizer, it tries to launch that book and then hangs (same thing in Max Admin). How can I get rid of this book or prevent Maximizer from automatically launching it? Thx Laura |

Hi Laura,
Maximizer automatically attempts to load the last address book you were logged into when you start it, if there is a problem with loading that address book I would suggest you contact your business partner for assistance. It is possible to stop Maximizer from opening that address book but it requires making changes to the computers Registry, which is not something I would recommend unless you really know your way around the technical side of Maximizer. |
