Using Max Ent 8
Workstations are now getting the following message when trying to open an address book or in Administrator The maximum number of your Pervasive licensed users has been reached. Contact maximizer Technical Support to upgrade your Pervasive user count. I don't know why this is happening as we have not added any new users in Maximizer. TIA Tony |

Hi Tony,
First things first: Open Administrator without any address books. Does it still show the right # of licenses? And can you open a book in Administrator as MASTER? If so, try Reports/Current Users. |
