Prior to CRM10, versions of Maximiser allowed you to have duplicate entries in a Table UDF. When you attempted to add a duplicate entry a warning box popped up alerting you to the creation of the duplicate item entry and asked if you wanted to proceed.

However, with CRM10 Entrepreneur when you attempt to add a duplicate entry in a Table UDF a window pops up to say that the item entry already exists and the item is not added.

For sometime now, I've had a Table UDF entry which I've used to store the CPU model numbers for a customer and if they happened to have two or more of the same model number then I was able to duplicate the model number entries to reflect this fact. CRM10 Entrepreneur is happy for me to have Table UDFs with duplicate entries but won't let me add new ones.

You might ask why I'm posting this issue here and not contacting Maximizer support. Well I did send off an email last Wednesday and I'm still waiting to hear back from Maximizer support!
