Using: Max 9, MaxLink, Palm Treo 650

When I synchronize Max 9 and the Treo, I receive a notes attachment in my Treo events like this <<0/0/2071986265/257>>. The event is correct, but the note on the event is very annoying. The note does NOT show up in the corresponding Max event.

Also, in ALL of my Treo contacts (after sync) the following type of text appears in the User 4 field: <<060811251133375381015C/0/2071986265/1015>>.
This text does NOT show up in the corresponding Max contact.

What's going on? How do I get rid of these notes?

Ok. I've figured it out, these are System keys for identifying records betwen Max and the Treo.

New question: How do I remove these notes from the view on the Treo. I know I can't delete them, I just don't want to see them.
