We are running Max 10 Group edition. For a few weeks we have been getting an error when we start up MaxExchange server manager where it presents an error message of "Root element is missing" and then says "Exception in SetConfigSettings returned string: Root element is missing". The server manager continues to load as normal but at the top left corner of the screen as a very small box. It also seems to process packets as previously. If you exit server manager it presents the same error again. Sounds like a config file got corrupted. Any suggestions about what to do? Thanks ChrisThis message has been edited.
