I can do the steps to send an email and get "email sent" but it is not. I looked in "Preferences" and there is no email tab. This is with W98 and Netscape 7.1 on a PII. I would appreciate help in getting this set up.

Netscape is the issue. Doesn't matter what the Marketing material says. I had to switch to Outlook from Netscape and had to pay Maximizer for them to tell me they no longer supported Netscape mail. As a recommendation, switch to Outlook 2000, not 2003. You could go Outlook Express as it's free, but you only get Simple MAPI so your mail folders don't show up in Max.

Dont go to 2003 as half our email doesnt get sent in that program either! I am certain its the Max addresses not working but I havent managed to narrow that further yet.
