I have one group assigned to a Distribution Site. The synchronisation works fine.
When I open a second Address Book and create a *MaxExchange Distribution Value, this Value does not appear as a group in the Distribution List Manager.

Does anyone know what is going wrone?

Are you dealing with two different Address Books here? If so, then that's probably why the new value does not appear. Those values belong to a specific Address Book.

If this is so, how can i synchronise two or more address books with a client?

You need to set up a separate MaxExchange Server for each Address Book to be synchronized.
