When following the instructions for using Word with Max 9, I can't find the "TAB" for Max that should appear in Word when I select "File/New". Therefore I have no access to Max templates. I do have a small Max toolbar in Word 2003, but that doesn't give you access to the templates.

Help!! Please.

I've never experienced this issue. Have you tried the View/Toolbars menu?
