- one user whenever she attempts to log phone messages to a record, it doesn't show up. Other updates work fine .. any ideas? |

I'd like to append the last inquiry I made. Updated phone messages cannot be seen in one of the maximizer installs but can on the others? Is there a switch I'm missing that allows the user to see phone message updates in the DB?

Hi. Sorry to hear you are having problems, I have encountered something similar to this before and have found the following solution has resolved it:
The following steps should be carried out on the computer displaying the problem. # Close Maximizer, if running. # Click Start > Run. # Type REGEDIT in the Open field and click OK. # Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Maximizer Software\Maximizer\Modules\AMGR\Notes. # In the Name column, double-click History Check Box. # Edit the Data Value, change to Yes. # Click OK. # Exit the Registry Editor. Now restart Maximizer and see if the notes are visible. |
