I am new to this version of Max (last used v7!) and need to have marketing & sales databases separate and am not sure how to do this. Already have the sales DB in Max but want to create another DB for marketing. Is this possible? Any insights would be helpful.

You can create a new database by clicking File>>New Address Book in the Maximizer Administrator program. Make sure you choose the Global Address List as the location to create the database and it will be visible to all users.
