Trouble adding items(Max Enterprise 7) - Maximizer CRM Software

I can't add new items in User defined field tables or any other drop down lists.

I get the option to add an item but it is never added to the list. It dosen't matter if I log in as a user, Master or Administrator.

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks. It was an OCR program. Any chance of Maximizer fixing the problem and supplying a patch?
