We're using Max. 7 (not Enterprise). We use a lot of different letter templates for correspondence to current and potential clients. The list is becoming unweildy since at the current time we have over 30 different letters that are sent to different companies. I'm sure we'll add more as we target new companies and industries.

Question: isn't there some way to group similar letters in folders like you can in Word or Windows where we can place all warm up letters in one folder, project follow up letters in another folder, standard letters in another, etc.?

Right now, it seems like it will only save in the Editor folder, and I haven't been able to even locate in which Max. folder these are stored!

Any help will be most appreciated!

That's an excellent idea. It would have come in handy for me in the past.

With the new feature in Enterprise 8 to arrange UDFs into logical folder groupings, a request for this wouldn't be off-base.
