Hi
Seem to be having problems linking MS Word Documents to Maximizer. When you click the "Maximizer : Link Document" button in MS Word it seems to link it but creates a .tmp OR .dot file with an odd file name Then when you try to open the linked document it has a message pop up that says " Linked file not found. It may have been moved or deleted." We are running Maximizer 10, Windows Vista and Word 2007. Any suggestions as to why this isnt working would be appreciated! Thanks Alicia |

I'm having the same problem...
Also using Maximizer 10, Windows Vista (64bit) and Word 2007. This needs reporting to Maximizer. |

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone ever found a solution to this? I use Maximizer Entrepeneur 10 SR2 with Windows XP Pro, Vista and Windows 7 in conjunction with Word 2007 and I get exactly the same problem when trying to link documents from the Word/Maximizer Addin tool bar. A strange .tmp file link , eg 2DB1AAAB.tmp, is created in maximizer. I've also tried this on another PC on another network and still the same. Also the linking seems to work fine when I link a word document stored on the local drive. It seems to me to primarily revolved around files stored on Network Attached Storage (NAS). Any pointers would be appreciated! Pete |
