Automated Campaign is not working

I am using CRM 10. i am trying to send email through automated campaign finally it shows in notes that "A new Automated Campaign, test001, is created." And campaign status is also shows Completed. But in real email is not going outside. I checked all the settings. Please help me.

I would suggest that your first stop is to check the log files created in the Maximizer Logs folder on the machine that has the Maximizer E-Mail Service installed and running on it.

This will tell you if the system is encountering any problems sending.

i got the answer why the automated campaign is not working because of SP1 of maximizer10 when i uninstall this sp1 then it working fine.
