Is there anyway in Maximizer 10 Grout edition
a way to scan documents and save them onto a record? as well as faxes received?

This works for us
We scan our documents in as PDF's - once scanned in Windows explorer - in the PDF properties we give the document a Title , Author and Subject & then drag the pdf into the documents area under the relevant contact in Maximizer.

By adding the extra info to the pdf before dumping into Maximizer seems to help the search function in documents - as our Maximizer doesn't search on OCR on the documents (even if I scan in via Adobe & create a OCR recongisable document)
