I have a problem synchronizing outlook and maximizer. When I synchronize, rather than synchronizing the outlook contacts with the maximizer contacts, maximizer sets up new individuals that are unrelated to the underlying company. I want the outlook contacts to synchronize with the existing maximizer contacts rather than set up new individuals. How do I accomplish this?
