I am trying to synch with outlook 2003. My problem is my Maximizer database is a bit of a mess with several fields names used for essentially the same phone numbers. Sometimes I have a cell number listed as 'cell' other times is is 'mobile' I have the same problem with 'Main' 'Office' 'Company'; all the same idea, just different labels.

When phone mapping to Outlook, I have only one choice in the Outlook colums to bring in a number. Is there some way to globlaly change all of the maximizer field labels 'cell' to 'mobile'? Or perhaps the otherway around, changing the field labels in MS Outlook?

As it stands now, I only get the phone numbers imported into my Outlook contacts from the one field that is mapped. I cannot map the other fields since they are not the same label and so I get blank fields in Outlook.

Any help is greatly appreciated!!
