Hi, I bought a single user version of V8 Enterprise Workgroup in the summer last year and want to now add more licenses. I see that effectively the product has been discontinued in v9 in so far that there does not appear to be the Workgroup version. Can I still obtain the v8 add-on user licenses and Employee Web portal or do I have to pay for an upgrade to v9 and buy v9 licenses? Thank you. Nicholas | ||

You can still buy additional user licenses for your existing v8 product. However, AFAIK you can no longer upgrade from v8 CRM Workgroup to v8 eCRM to get the Employee Portal - for that you would have to upgrade to v9 eCRM. Check with Maximizer or your local Business Partner for the official word. | |||
