I am getting an error when trying to create an email from Maximizer. The error says "failed to construct email message", and it looks like it issued by Mxmail97.


Any idea?

This has happened to me before. I restared both Maximizer and Outlook and that seemed to correct it.

I've got this problem as well. I've been at it for hours and I can't work out what's causing it.

I have four work stations using Max and only one works with out that error.

I've ruled out Office service packs as the problem. It's not the mxmail97.dll in c:\program file\commom files\maximazer\

We're using Outlook 2003.
Using Maximizer 10.5 with all the updates.

Restarting does not fix the problem
