I've spent a couple of days installing Office 2010 64 bit and trying to get Maximizer to sync my contacts to the contact/address book in Outlook. I was getting "MAPI failed to initialize" errors in Maximizer. Searchhing the Internet, seems the 64 bit version of Outlook and associated MAPI routines don't work well with 32 bit software (which I believe Maximizer Enterpreneur is). I've removed the 64 bit Office 2010 and installed the default 32 bit version. Sync'ing between Maximizer and Outlook (and ultimately to my Windows Mobile HTC smartphone is working again.

Apparently there's no advantage to the 64 bit Office 2010 unless you work with large >2GB spreadsheets and very large Word documents.
